O Glory of the All-Glorious!

Heavenly angelophanies include the often orb-like, chalices of pure light from the worlds beyond, as I have termed them. These dear souls are, in my opinion, our watchers, protectors, and guardian angels from other planets and the worlds beyond. However, I am getting ahead of myself. To provide some context, on October 21, 2012, I prayed about the apparently plasmatic orbs. Inwardly, I wanted to discern whether the more visibly interactive or communicative ones were intelligent, angelic souls or, perhaps, advanced angelic technologies. Within just a few hours, while I was surfing the web for something else, I came across the following optimistic statement:

Although many of the orbs and similar objects could, I imagine, be a preternatural “beaming” or teleportation technology, drones, or probes, others could be entirely different. For instance, through chalices of pure light or sanctified psychic energy fields, the members of the Supreme Concourse (Arabic★, al-Malāʾ al-Aʿlā) may, as orb-like apparitions, visibly project themselves. These orbs, auras, ghosts, or chalices are, I feel, a communications vehicle and an intercessory medium for departed souls. I adopted the terms chalices of pure light and chalice-bearers of pure light from the third paragraph of this passage:

Souls can, it seems to me, even become bearers of illuminated chalices while in this world:

Perhaps a soul’s chalice of pure light, or portal, will, in the hereafter, replace many of the functions of the collective rational faculty, rational soul, or human spirit in this world:

Biblically, the chalices of pure light might have been the seraphim (Hebrew, śərāfîm, burning ones):

Transterrestrial orbs, in my view, illustrate the power of unity. They are, speculatively, both unities of beings and the individuals in those unities. They travel aboard craft from place to place and from dimension to dimension:

In this MP4 video, Space Shuttle Program Manager Wayne Hale commented on an official NASA photograph which, inadvertently, captured a collection of orbs (chalices of pure light or spacecraft). The varying shapes and colors of the chalices of pure light could be comparable to the diversity in levels of spiritual development among earthly homo sapiens. On the other hand, according to the producer of two additional MP4 videos, the “shifting” colors on chalices of pure light and some spacecraft might indicate dimensional shifting or communication. To be perfectly honest, all that really matters to me are God and His ranks of angels. (The Prophets occupy the highest Position.) I trust them all implicitly and love them dearly. The chalices of pure light, speculatively manifested by souls from other planets and the worlds beyond, are seemingly impregnable through dimensional shifting and shapeshifting. That is to say, the capacities of these illuminated entities might include moving with ease between spiritual and physical dimensions and altering their outward appearance. These elusive and invulnerable shapeshifting projections have, by some accounts, appeared as faces and animals:

Shapeshifting may sometimes be a form of communication. The screen captures below were taken from an MP4 video of a possible chameleonic (chameleon-like) shapeshifting form:

These are some additional alleged chalices of pure light. They include a mixture of visages and apparently non-facial pictographs. The two images shown at the top, if authentic, have the most detailed countenances on chalices of pure light I have seen to date:

The following two screenshots, from a couple of MP4 videos (file 1 and file 2), show alleged activity at James Gilliland’s ECETI (Enlightened Contact with Extraterrestrial Intelligence) Ranch in Trout Lake, Washington. In the first image, an orb, according to Gilliland, is seen within a “plasma field.” It might, I will personally speculate, be a wormhole or a interdimensional portal. He describes the second image as an orb (note the face) appearing, or dimensionally shifting, out of a plasma field. This interdimensional being could, speculatively, be a chalice of pure light or a preternatural being in this world:

I have reflected on the honor and glorification of being a chalice-bearer of pure light, an angel from the Supreme Concourse, who has, speculatively, been divinely chosen to herald the appearance of a Messenger of God. As recorded by Baháʾuʾlláh in The Kitáb-i-Íqán (Persianized Arabic, Kitāb-i Īqān, Book of Certitude) and the Ishráqát (Išrāqāt, Splendors):

Moreover, these words have been recorded in the Gospel according to St. Matthew and in the Book of Exodus:

On the other hand, I agree with Rabbi Moses Maimonides (1135-1204), peace be upon him, who is known, in Hebrew, as Rabbî Mōše ben Maymōn or by the acronym, hā-RāMBāM and, in Arabic, as Rabbī Mūsā ibn Maymūn. No one, including the spherically manifesting chalice-bearers of pure light, should be worshipped in place of God:

I discovered an alternate translation, in a Jewish siddûr (Hebrew, order of daily prayers) or prayer book, which includes the majority of the original text:

Ghosts, apparitions, orbs, auras, astral bodies, and similar terms for psychic fields are not, to my understanding, human souls. Although the psychic fields of departed souls can be observed, the souls themselves are immaterial and, to us, invisible. ʿAbduʾl-Bahá was reported to have stated, according to a pilgrim’s note, that immortal souls are not permanentaly bound to this world. So-called “evil spirits,” inhabiting the afterlife, cannot adversely affect our own plane of existence, but angelic chalices of pure light may, God willing, influence our thoughts.

These ghosts or apparitions, through whatever outward form or shapeshifted image they may be outwardly perceived, are, in my opinion, the psychic energy fields of chalice-bearers of pure light or members of the Supreme Concourse, other departed human souls, and perhaps even animals and vegetables. If the psychic fields belonging to departed souls are vehicles of relation, mediation, or communication from the afterlife to this world, the physical presence of a ghost might sometimes indicate a temporarily unbalanced connection between the soul and the psychic field.

In an undocumented Tablet, ʿAbduʾl-Bahá explained certain ghostly (ectoplasmic or plasmatic?) apparitions by sudden, unexpected death:

To illustrate, the Malaysian Ghost Research has photographed numerous objects which it has termed “ghost orbs” (MP4 video). That designation reflects, from my perspective, the group’s veracious interpretation of the chalices of pure light as ghostly phenomena. Here is a photograph followed by a description:

The next image of a child, Erin Potter (born, November 28, 2003), possibly being watched over by angels (MP4 video) may show a loving, dark-haired archangel with a large forehead (on the right) and orb-like entities (on the left). My speculation is that these orbs are either the chalices of pure light from departed souls or, perhaps, a form of preternatural transportation. The photograph is followed by a brief description. In another incident, the ghostly picture of an angel (MP4 video) allegedly appeared in the hospital room of fourteen-year-old Chelsea Banton. Although she was dying of pneumonia, she soon recovered. Chelsea’s mother, Colleen, and some hospital workers reported seeing the angelic lights. The image was captured by the hospital security camera and by Colleen Banton’s cellphone camera. This is a screen capture, and it is followed by a description:

These two photographs were given to me by my dear friend, Rachael. The picture on the left shows Rachael with apparent orbs of light in her former Nebraska home. Reportedly, a family was murdered in that house in the 1920s. The image on the right shows a beam of light focused on Rachael’s cat. A week later, the cat died:

The following two photographs of a possible vortex (or perhaps a portal, wormhole, or plasmatic field), with an alleged orb attached to it, were taken by British singer Maya (also known as Myluv). Paranormal investigator Joshua P. Warren has suggested that “ghosts” or “aliens,” with their spacecraft, are beings from different dimensions. As our awareness increases, these other-dimensional creatures will, he believes, be observed with greater frequency:

The possibly plasmatic substance of ghosts or dæmons (Greek, daimōnes, plural of daimōn, a benevolent nature spirit) has sometimes been called ectoplasm:

Indeed, all created beings and things throughout the universe of this temporal world and in the world beyond might have these psychic energy fields. However, our own orbs, ghosts, auras, halos, aureolas, aureoles, nimbi, or glorioles are not intended to be cultivated in this world, the realm of preparation for the world to come:

For instance, Kirlian photography was discovered by the wife-husband team of Russian inventors, Valentina Khrisanovna Kirlian (1904-1972) and Semyon Davidovich Kirlian (1898-1978), in 1939. It may demonstrate that humans, even while remaining in this world of existence, possess a psychic field, an aura, an orb, a ghost, or, potentially, a chalice of pure light:

Psychic fields have sometimes appeared as animals. Perhaps the higher the cognitive level of a species, the more likely it is to have a sentient psychic field (not a soul) after death. I captured the following images, from an MP4 video, of a reported shapeshifting form which manifested over Chicago, Illinois, on May 11, 2012, at 3:40 P.M. In this case, the entity appears to resemble a canine:

Like other ghostly phenenomena, poltergeists (German, Poltergeister, noisy ghosts or spirits) might be chalices of pure light or the psychic energy fields of other deceased and departed beings, not deceased entities. According to ʿAbduʾl-Bahá, any association between the trumpeted communications of alleged poltergeists, through spiritualist mediums, and departed souls is an imaginary one:

According to an official British government study, sounds, and even smells, have been reported in connection with Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, including orbs and transdimensional spacecraft (“UFOs”), and plasmatic fields:

Chalices of pure light may have appeared at the home of a man who died in 2006 (MP4 video). In addition to orb-like appearances, other phenomena, commonly attributed to poltergeists, were reported. They included footsteps as well as interactions with electronic and electrical devices. Lights, televisions, and radios turned on and off by themselves. Instrumental TransCommunication (ITC) is the alleged communication by discarnate beings through electronic technologies, including visual and audio media. Whether that event involved a chalice of pure light, disinformation, hacking, a glitch, a prank, or something else is, as the saying goes, above my paygrade. Here, however, is a description:

On the other hand, similar to using a Ouija board or a psychic pendulum, some, possibly all, poltergeists might be unintentional, self-hypnotic psychokinesis (telekinesis) by a person’s own psychic field:

On December 19, 2012, I asked nineteen-time Emmy Award-winning Las Vegas television journalist George Knapp (born, 1952) a question in the Coast to Coast AM chatroom. Knapp is especially recognized for his work on anomalous phenomena, and he is one of the show’s regular weekend hosts. I typed, “What is your view on ‘orbs’? (I see them as a transdimensional lifeform.)” He responded:
